PC Screen not showing on Interactive Board

If you PC is not displaying on the Interactive Board, it may due to it being set as 'PC Screen Only'

To set it to duplicate what you have on your computer screen, hold down the Windows button (in between the CTRL and ALT keys on bottom left of keyboard) and TAP the letter P. A screen will pop out from right hand side of your screen. Click on 'Duplicate' then tap the ESC button on top left of keyboard to exit the screen.

Your PC screen should now be showing on the Promethean Board (provided no cables have been disconnected). If it doesn't duplicate, please log a helpdesk ticket
